Wardah Safiyyah

I love her name!!! Wardah Safiyyah. Wardah means Rose, Safiyyah means untroubled, serene, pure, best friend. Yes my cousin fidzah has given birth to a healthy baby girl on 22.08.07. Congrats to her & husband. A beautiful baby with a beautiful name.

And btw there is a "sibling rivalry" between my cat baby & my new laptop. She just hates it whenever she saw me using my laptop. Clay is Fun

This week feel so slow. I am so happy when friday came.

Now I am taking 2 module for 4wks. Visual Presentation (VPess) and 3D Art Fundamental (3Dartfun). Both with the same lecturer. I been cutting mounting board not stop and pasting photos on the mounting board for VPess....I don't feel like I want to cut anymore! But visual presentation module is not that hard as I thought it would be.

BUT I love 3Dartfun more....haahah I think I found a new interest. I remember the time when I was young and I use to have this collection of PLAY DOH. It was endless fun. And now I found a new toy to mold with. CLAY. I love clay. I love clay. I love getting my hands dirty. And I think I will brush up on my clay techniques. As seriously its fun to create your own work of art like a simple vase, pot or statues. Just random stuff. Beside clay we also be learning to do sculpture with wires etc. And have to do a waist high sculpture for our final project. God save me. Then it'll be a 2wks break!!!! And I'm going back to work.

And its ok to be childish, there are days the innocent child within us, giggles at the little things & wears a silly grin.

18 August went to celebrate Naz's birthday with the usual hangout buddies. It was a very relax celebration compare to last yr's (cause we're all getting a lil too old hehe). And I was the only girl this time. Had a great time tho' and Ken drive us around so it was cool. Had evening dinner at Kampung Chai Chee Restaurant, walk around @ Ocrhard and end the night at Coffee Bean @ Wheelock place. Here are some of the photos.......

Polaroid and such

Remember the time I bought my Polaroid. I seldom use it, cause the film is damn ex! So whenever I have the bucks I'll buy some film and shoot away. But just 10 polaroid film is not enough. Never enough. Haha. Oh well.....Now I fall in love with lomography. Those awesome cameras like actionsampler, fisheye, holga..... I really love how the photos turn out to be when you use those cameras. And I want this next.

My new Baby!

At last I got my new baby!!!!!!! So awesome lahhh. Ok I am abit kiasu but hey can't be blame, laptop babe!!!!!!!!!! And it's is really good. Been confusing using Window Vista but I think I'm getting a hang of it. Niceness. 15" widescreen is soooo gooodddd... Got the connection done. So now I can surf the net without having to share with my sisters! All MINE! Muahahahah...Ok Anna stop ranting about it already!

I can't sleep, so I blog. The time is wrong here as I'm cross-blogging using multiply & blogger. It's 2.45 a.m and I'm high on caffeine.

Browsing through photos....and went thru the Bali Holiday photos...aww man I do miss Bali. I miss the beach the most. I miss travelling! I miss going to KL. Can say I just miss going anywhere overseas. I wish I could travel alone someday or travel with close friends like khai, naz, ken, rashiqah, maya... I think I should plan an outing with the girls. Shana, Maathavi, Rashiqah...well Rashiqah is always everyone's fav friend haha. Maybe a picnic, I miss the fun if we get together.

Watch the National Day as usual every year, on TV. Cause I am just lazy to watch the fireworks at marina bay, with all the crowd....same thing every yr. I wonder why they nvr make the theme of this year National Day to honour the grand dame of Kallang, since it is going to be demolished soon. Bring back those memories of the time we celebrated national day at the stadium. Oh well.... I still love my homeland.

Planning for something big soon.... wish everything goes out well!!

Nothing much really, this mth module is soooo boring....the class are soooo boooriiing... I skip 2 lessons already. I'm afraid poly life at some point is sooooo booorrriing. I finish my assignments of the 6postcards design. The deadline is next week thurs but I finish it early cause I want to have a relaxing borrrriiinnng weekend. Hafiz lend me his PSP...THANK YOU!!! But I am getting bored of playing the PSP haha. Luckily I nvr bought one. I dreamt of my laptop last 2 days lol. Guess I cant wait to have it in my hands!!

I am going to cut my hair. NOT short, never SHORT again ahah. My fringe are getting long and I'm tired of the same style, I want something new. Thought of getting highlights, I never dye my hair before... hmmm. I want to paint my room. I want to design it with just black and white. I have this idea but I do it if my dad decided to paint the house for raya. Fasting mth is coming soon too. Gosh...... & my cousin Fidzah is going to give birth to her first born anytime soon.....

It's time for some changes. Changes is good from time to time. I get bored of things easily. I hope someday I have a wacky exciting uncomplicated boyfriend, way better then any girl could ask for haha.

My new Lappie!

I am happy tho a bit worried...but am looking at the bright side of it. I bought a Laptop. Yes well it's FREE! Not really "free", there's no such thing as a free lunch. Starhub got this promotion, upgrade or sign up to Maxonline Ultimate for $93 a mth and you get a free Compaq Presario F576AU Notebook. So my dad recontract our Maxonline and upgrade it and I got the laptop. I feel a bit pity for him having to pay the extra bill, so I will contribute a bit when I start working part time when im having my free time off sch. He advise me to get it regardless of having to upgrade to a more ex maxonline cause I don't know when I ever will buy a laptop. I check through the specification and its not that bad. Window vista...and everything is quite ok. As long better than my desktop at home! Cause I just need it to help me with my sch projects and assignments. 2yr I probably will HAVE to own a laptop, cause I know the schedule will be tight and I have to stay in sch for lonnnnggg hours...so a laptop will come in handy.

So I'll get my new laptop on 14 Aug probably. And of course I will take really good care of it. And try not to get it flooded with virus! I'll be extra careful not to misplaced it on a bus/mrt etc. Cause then my dad will go way over the roof! Can't wait of course to have that laptop in my hands! I wish I get to take the laptop before 14 Aug...cause if I have to do my 6 postcards assignment in sch using the MAC rather than at home...I'll hate it. I'm not such a big MAC fan. Other than that I'll study hard.

I've design for Khai a TShirt, which sadly I can't print it yet. Cause my budget dont allow it for now....but I will print out that TShirt design to see how it look and maybe I can make some bucks out of it. I have gone to watch Simpsons and it was damn hilarious!!!!!! For now I have to stop watching movies....
